FoodTech Consultancy (or FTC) is a consulting, R&D and training company. Our principal activity is the provision of technical consultancy services to the food and beverage industries, particularly SMEs, in Malaysia.  We endeavour to provide the most cost-effective and comprehensive food technology solutions to our clients and to promote professional development of their human resources to give that competitive edge to their business.  We understand commercial sector realities and strive to deliver the best results within time and budget constraints.

Our primary concern lies with small- and medium-scale food manufacturing enterprises which generally and urgently need upgrading of their premises, improvement of their management and operations, and food product innovation in order to remain as viable businesses.  In particular, we specialize in applying good science and technology to improve upon the processing, safety and quality of traditional Malaysian food products which form an amalgamated heritage of the different races and cultures in the country.
