About the Managing Editor
Dr. C.C. Seow has edited or co-edited four books/booklets as well as published and/or presented more than
100 papers on various aspects of food
science and technology. He has served as
a reviewer for several local and international journals. As a
former lecturer who has graded thousands
of student papers and theses over the years, he is well placed to add that
missing dimension in changing a less than satisfactory piece of work into a
good one. He can easily meet with students and faculty members of institutions
of higher learning located in Penang and give that bit of
personal touch or attention that is so often lacking where services of this
kind are concerned.
